SERVICES
We offer a turnkey landscape project for your home. We start with discovery and conversation. After site analysis we dive deep into design planning and then discuss concept reviews on site and in our office. After a detail contract and final material selection we hope by then we have earned your trust to make your property stand out amongst the rest. We will be there every step along the way as communication is a top priority. The build process will begin and you will be up to date the entire time. After the project is completed we will run through a final punch list with you to make sure you are completely happy with the finished product. Lastly, we hope you have enjoyed your experience and share it with others as we continues to provide beautiful projects for the Charlotte metro area.
1 Discovery
We want to learn more about you. How did you hear about us? What kind of project are you looking at installing? We start with a client engagement phone call and talk through ideas, budget, pricing, and current and future opportunities. We will then set up an on site meeting to discuss further
2 Site Analysis
Describe your service here. What makes it great? Use short catchy text to tell people what you offer, and the benefits they will receive. A great description gets readers in the mood, and makes them more likely to go ahead and book.
3 Concept Development
After discussing concepts and finalizing ideas we put together a detailed landscape plan together for you to review. This process may have a design fee associated depending on the project. We will go over plant lists, materials, and other functional elements of your project in a detail plan. During this phase we will start finalizing pricing with you.
4 Contract Review
In the contract review meeting we will go over the plan in detail on our office. We will discuss warranties and finalize all materials. Once the contract is signed and a deposit is received we will put you on our schedule. We typically have a 6-8 week lead time for new projects so it is important to get on the schedule early.
5. Installation/Construction
It starts with demolition and site preparation. We will be in constant communication during the construction project. Sometime change orders are needed but we will do our best to keep with the contract. All projects vary in time frame.
6 Completion
Starting every new project its important to set the ground work for a successful completion. Finalizing the project is just as important. We will put together a punch list and make sure you're 100% happy with your finished project.
